Return (Refund) Policy

Vintera is committed to ensuring the highest quality products and does not sell used or damaged items.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request a return (refund) within 30 days of receiving your package. Please contact our Customer Service Center as soon as possible to initiate the return(refund) process.

• If your return request is approved for the above reasons, VINTERA will cover the shipping costs and any additional fees. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take approximately 2 to 15 business days to be completed.

• Please note that if a return (refund) request is made fraudulently or excessively, VINTERA reserves the right to restrict further return (refund) requests.

• All return (refund) approvals are subject to VINTERA discretion.
